All sales are final; no refunds.
If you cannot use your tickets, you can donate them back to Theatre of Gadsden as a tax-deductible donation. Please contact the box office before your scheduled performance to make the donation.
Discount offers may not be combined.
All patrons must have a ticket.
Groups of 10 or more receive $3 off per ticket at the time of placing the order.
Management reserves the right to remove patrons who are disturbing the performance or the ability to enjoy the show for other patrons around them. Refunds may not be offered if you are removed for this reason.
Late Arrival Policy
We make every effort to begin our performances on time.
In consideration of our actors and other audience members, patrons who have not claimed their tickets as of the scheduled starting time of the show forfeit their original seat assignment and will be reseated into available seats at the rear of the theatre at the discretion of management.
Late arrivals who were reseated in the rear of the theatre will not be able to claim their original reserved seats.
Holders of friends and family complimentary tickets must claim their tickets a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the show, otherwise these seats will be released for sale to other patrons. Complimentary ticket holders must contact the box office for new reservations at either the same performance or a later performance date.
Any unpaid invoiced tickets will be released for sale 10 minutes prior to showtime.
Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policy
If a show is cancelled due to inclement weather, that information will be updated on our home page and on the Box Office phone line. Cancellations are rare and are usually decided late in the afternoon for an evening event.
When a show is cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds or exchanges will be assessed at that time. Based on availability, tickets will be exchanged for another performance of the same production, or refunded if no alternative date is possible.
If a performance is NOT cancelled, but severe weather interferes with attendance, exchanges may be offered for another performance of the same production, based on availability. Refunds are not offered when an event has taken place.
