As we announced at the 2025 Toggle Awards, TNT and Treehouse began as two separate groups several years ago. But we have merged into one unit and we felt with the new year it was time for a new name. Going forward we will now be known as Innovation Youth Theatre or IYT. Tristan Davis and Tateum King came up with our new name and new logo. We chose this name because it represents the ideals of these young actors, their innovation, their creativity, their leadership and responsibility, and most importantly, their love, joy, and kindness. We chose the stained glass butterfly as our logo because in our first production, The Enchanted Bookshop, we had a stained glass window and the owner of said bookshop had an affection for butterflies. We also chose it because butterflies represent transformation and transition into something new. These young actors are the future of theatre in our area and that future is very bright!

Puffs
April 10-12, 2026
Presented by Innovation Youth Theatre

Directed by: Grace Kelly

Puffs is a tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world. For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs . who just happened to be there too. This clever and inventive play gives you a new look at a familiar adventure from the perspective of three potential heroes just trying to make it through a magic school that proves to be very dangerous for children. Alongside them are the Puffs, a group of well-meaning, loyal outsiders with a thing for badgers. Their hilariously heartfelt and epic journey takes the classic story to new places and reimagines what a wizard hero can be

Aladdin Jr.
August 14-23, 2026
Presented by Innovation Youth Theatre

Directed by: Tristan Davis

Disney's Aladdin JR brings the famous movie to life, on stage. In Agrabah, City of Enchantment, every beggar has a story and every camel has a tail! Aladdin, a kind but wily, street urchin, falls in love with beautiful Princess Jasmine, who he knows is waaaaay out of his league. It just so happens, however, that the Sultan has declared Princess Jasmine must choose a husband within the next day. After she turns down the offers from various wealthy suitors, Aladdin -- with the help of a fast-talking, magical Genie -- introduces himself as wealthy suitor Prince Ali of Ababwa. Meanwhile, evil royal advisor Jafar also has his sights set on the kingdom, and tries to convince the Sultan to force Jasmine to wed him. Will love conquer all? Perhaps - if love has a little help from a Genie.
